Big news for the Dells: Carbon World Health is coming to Wisconsin Dells, with an anticipated opening in October 2026. For the first time, residents of the Dells, Lake Delton, Baraboo, Portage, and the surrounding Sauk and Columbia County communities will have access to physician-led medical wellness close to home.
Located at 30 N Judson Street in the heart of Wisconsin Dells, our newest location brings the same trusted, science-driven care found at our established Madison West and Sun Prairie practices: weight loss, hormone optimization, aesthetics, and recovery, all under real medical oversight.
For too long, residents of the Dells area have had to drive to Madison or beyond for advanced wellness services like GLP-1 weight loss programs, hormone therapy, and medical aesthetics. Once we open, that changes. We're proud to bring this level of care to a community we believe is ready for it.

Locally Owned in Wisconsin Dells

Carbon World Health Wisconsin Dells is co-owned by local owners Deanna and Kansas DuBray, in partnership with Dr. Nestor Rodriguez and Ashley Rodriguez of Carbon World Health. Deanna, a nurse practitioner, is also part of Carbon's clinical team. Together, they're bringing Carbon's physician-led approach closer to home for families across the Dells area. 

Services Planned for Wisconsin Dells

Our Wisconsin Dells location is being designed to bring Carbon World Health's integrated approach to health and wellness closer to the Dells community. Planned offerings include medical weight management, hormone optimization, aesthetics, recovery therapies and additional health-optimization services. Our final service menu is still being developed and will be announced as we approach opening.Fitness training and Aescape robotic massage are available at our Madison West location.

Nestor Rodriguez, MD

Co-Owner & Medical Director

 Dr. Nestor Rodriguez is a board-certified emergency medicine physician, co-owner and Medical Director of Carbon World Health. He founded Carbon around a different approach to healthcare, one focused on prevention, health optimization and helping people improve how they feel, perform and age. He oversees Carbon's medical programs and clinical protocols, with particular interests in hormone optimization, metabolic health, longevity and performance.

Ashley Rodriguez

Co-Owner & Spa Director

Ashley Rodriguez is co-owner and Spa Director of Carbon World Health. Before helping build Carbon, she spent more than 15 years working in the hospital setting, including experience in interventional radiology and computed tomography. Today, she helps lead Carbon's operations and spa and aesthetic experience, bringing together her healthcare background, entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to creating an exceptional client experience.

Nicole Mendez, RN

Registered Nurse

Nicole Mendez is a registered nurse at Carbon World Health who works closely with clients throughout their health-optimization journey. Her work includes client education, laboratory and treatment follow-up, hormone and weight-management support, and coordination with Carbon's medical providers. Nicole emphasizes individualized care, clear communication and helping clients better understand their health and treatment plan.

Even though I live in Eau Claire I use Carbon for cryotherapy and red light therapy when I come to town to see my family and I also go to Pam Fox at Foxy Salon Suites for waxing and haircuts. I do a lot of training and cryotherapy red light therapy is a great recovery tool!
