Do I need to do two separate sessions for the front and back sides of my body?
No! We have two sets of full-body panels so you will stand in the middle of the two and get treatments to the front and back of your body at the same time.
What should I wear during my red light therapy session?
Wearing no clothing is optimal as clothing can block or reduce the red light. However, you can wear light undergarments and still receive a high quality red light therapy treatment.
What is the difference between red light therapy and an infrared sauna?
The major difference between red light therapy devices and saunas is their mechanism of action. Saunas rely on heat to produce biological effects, whereas red light therapy devices produce almost no heat at all. Instead, a red light therapy device delivers wavelengths of healthy light directly to a person’s skin and cells, which can improve cellular function and support bodily balance. In simplest terms, a sauna makes you hot while red light feeds your body energizing light.
