I started with the 6 week program and signed up as a member before I was half way through. Working with a team of professionals who push you and encourage you is just what I signed up for. They focus on your individual goals and tailor the program to match what you need. I am so glad I took the step to join, the results are noticeable everyday.

Honestly, some of the best money I spend monthly. I've been a member for over 3 years now. It's not cheap but you can show up when you want and still have a trainer available to work with you. I would call it "semi-private" personal training. There is a structured workout that is supervised and is customizable if needed. It's never super busy in there, certainly not a 5 PM at a local gym kind of vibe. The programs that they set up involve high intensity intervals and lifting weights. It's not a crossfit gym, though I would say there's a little bit of influence from it in the programming.

The trainers make you accountable and are very encouraging. I'm no elite athlete, though I have seen anyone from someone just getting started to former college athletes and all are challenged. You do need to be in the right mindset - you will be very sore when you start and you need to be mentally ready to change how you work out. That being said, it's incredibly fulfilling to watch your progress and get stronger both physically and mentally. My only minor quibble is that there has been some turnover from the trainers, but I don't imagine it's much different from any other gym. If you are able to train under Pat, he's phenomenal and really cares about the members.
