Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you'll have plenty of time to relax, check our our facility/menu of services and fill out any necessary paperwork. There is nothing fasionable about being late.
Scheduled appointments must be secure with a verifiable debit/credit card. We realize things can suddenly pop up but please provide us with 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If appropriate notice is not given, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Our services are highly sought out so reservations are highly recommended for most of our premium services. Walk-ins welcomed for our whole body cryotherapy. Please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient – you too will receive the same personal attention.
CWH accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and Prosper Healthcare Lending as payment. All gratuities may be paid directly to the staff member in cash. As an added benefit, we offer financing through Prosper Healthcare Lending.
